That is why we have put this Management Maintenance Package together. We will be your point of contact in Spain overseeing the welfare of your property and keeping you informed by E-Mail on a monthly basis. As some flights land late at night or the early hours of the morning, a small charge will incur when meeting guests to hand over keys at these times. Further services can be added to this package to meet your requirements. These additions will incur extra charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs

Water all House & Terrace Plants 11. Ensure all Security Services & Equipment 12. We publish a Monthly Owners report detailing the status of your property, including photos if required, along with any recommendations, and E-mail this to our clients.
